 Our services are most helpful for casino gaming players that would like to enjoy their accomodations at one of our represented Hotel/Casino properties. Casino Players benefit the most as your host will make your accomodations and any special requests.

Your host will guide you through the steps to obtaining complimentaries along with assisance for show tickets, restaurant or other amentities. Your Casino host has the ins and outs of this busy and exciting city.

 

Total Rewards

Our new and improved loyalty program puts the power of your play in the palm of your hand when you play at Harrah's properties. Whether you are playing slots, video poker, or table games, you can earn Reward Credits towards fabulous Premium Rewards at all Harrah's, Rio, Showboat and Harveys casinos. Total Rewards gives you more control over your reward credit account and makes it easier for you to understand how and when you earn Reward Credits. You can save your Reward Credits from trip-to-trip to use anytime you want, anywhere you want, for anything you want!

Always use your "Total Rewards Card" to obtain all you deserve.

Casino complimentaries or Comps are rewards offered to casino customers for their gaming activity at the table and slot machines and sometimes poker and sportsbook/racebook.

The reason the casino gives you a special rating card to present to "pit supervisors" and for slot players to insert into the machines is so you can develop a gaming profile and get comps.

Personnel monitor the games you play, cash or marker buy in, average bets, length of time you play and win/loss.  For slots players, the number and denomination of coins and number of pulls is tracked by the machine.  For this information the casino uses a formula to detemine a "Theoretical Win" and your comp worth.

Casino executives know they can reimburse players a predetermined percentage of the "Theoretical Win" and still have it be cost effective for them to keep you as a customer. Typically, win/loss is not a determining factor in extending complimentaries.

Casino complimentary reimbursements can be in the form of discounted or free rooms, food and beverage consideration, admission to shows and even limousine and airline ticket payments.

Some casinos now have Comp Banks" for the storage of extra or unused "Theoretical Win" points.  These can be extracted to purchase merchandise, use for dining credits, show tickets, etc. and are sometimes transportable to 'sister' properties.

If I am not a casino games player, can we use your services?

We offer a retail program for low gamers or non gamers exclusively through Harrah's Entertainment. Your VIP status is valid if you use Las Vegas Casino Host to make your accomodations. 

Casino Host will be able to get you a fantastic room rate and help with many other travelers services. Las Vegas show tickets, Live Concert tickets or events at the Thomas and Mack/ UNLV sporting events just to mention a few. City or personal casino tour guide services are available with pricing based on individual request.
