"Wheel of Fortune"! Just place your money on a number. The dealer spins the wheel. Enjoy the ride! If your number comes up, YOU WIN! Payoff odds are indicated on the table where you place your bets.
The dealer begins the game. The object of Blackjack is to beat the dealer. This is accomplished two ways:
- Having a higher total than the dealer without exceeding 21
- Having a total of 21 or less when the dealer's total exceeds 21
The King, Queen and Jack count as 10; the other cards count as their face value except the Ace which counts as 1 or 11 (you decide).
TIP: The easiest way to add an ace is count it as a 1, and then if you want, add 10 to it.
An Ace with any 10, Jack, Queen, or King is a "Blackjack". Turn this hand over immediately and the dealer will pay you one-and-a-half times your wager or 6 to 5 depending on what type of game you are playing unless the dealer also has a "Blackjack". In that case it is a "push" and nobody wins or loses.
Hand Decks: Two cards are dealt to each player face down; the dealer's first card faces up, the second faces down.
Shoe Games: Both player's cards are dealt face up. The dealer's first card faces up, the second faces down.
When the dealer has an Ace up, you have the option of taking "insurance" against the dealer having "Blackjack".
If you don't have a "Blackjack" you may ask the dealer to "hit" you; meaning, you get another card. You may draw as many cards as you like (one at a time), but if you go over 21, you bust! In hand deck games, you must turn your cards face up on the table if you bust. If you do not want to "hit", you may "stand" by placing your cards face down under your bet. In shoe games, use your hand motion for another card, or wave off the dealer if you are standing.
After all players are satisfied with their hands, or have gone "broke", the dealer turns the down card face up and stands or draws more cards as is necessary. The dealer must draw on hands totaling 16 or less and any soft 17.
Caribbean Stud Poker is played on a blackjack table and based on Five-Card Stud Poker. Adding to its excitement, Caribbean Stud Poker is the first casino table game to offer a progressive payout!
How to Play: As in Poker, each player antes, or makes an opening bet. Then each player has the option to make a Progressive Jackpot Bet for $1.0
- Players win all or part of the jackpot with hands of: Royal Flush, Straight Flush, Four-of a Kind, Full House or Flush.
If the player feels his hand will beat the dealer's hand, the player makes a "Bet To Call Dealer". This wager is twice the amount of the ante bet. If the player feels his hand cannot beat the dealer, the player folds (or withdraws from play on the hand), and does not Bet To Call The Dealer.
The dealer must have an Ace/King or higher to continue. If the dealer cannot open with an Ace/King, the hand is over, and the dealer collects the cards and pays ante bets only to players who stayed in the hand.
If the player's hand beats the dealer's hand, the player's hand is paid even money (1 to 1) on the Ante Bet, and a bonus amount on the Bet To Call Dealer.
* Bonus Payout Schedule ($5,000 Maximum):
1 Pair Even Money 2 Pairs 2 to 1 3 of a Kind 3 to 1 Straight 4 to 1 Flush 5 to 1 Full House 7 to 1 4 of a Kind 20 to 1 Straight Flush 50 to 1 Royal Flush 100 to 1 * Odds may vary from location to location
Regardless of the dealer's hand, if a player's hand qualifies for the Progressive Jackpot, the player wins the amount appropriate to the hand. (NOTE: If two or more players qualify for all or part of the jackpot during the same hand, the winners share the jackpot as an aggregate.)
* Progressive Jackpot Payoffs:
Royal Flush 100% Straight Flush 10% 4 of a Kind $150.00 Full House $100.00 Flush $50.00 Important: Improper number of cards voids player's hand. Improper number of dealer's cards voids all hands. Any violation will result in a dead hand and forfeiture of bet and ante.
War is a game that is known for its simplicity. The object is for the player to receive a higher rank card than the dealer. Along with the initial wager, you also have the option of making a tie wager. The players and the dealer each receive one card face up. If the dealer's card is higher than your card, the House wins. If your card is higher, you win. If your card is of equal rank, you (the player) have two options:
- You can surrender half (1/2) your wager and the play is over.
- Player chooses to war with the dealer. If the player decides to war, the player and the dealer will match the initial wager.
The dealer discards the top three (3) cards and deals the next one to the player. The dealer discards another three (3) cards and takes the next one.
If the player's card out ranks the dealer's, the player wins. If the dealer's card is the higher of the two, the House wins. If there is more than one player at war with the dealer, the dealer deals to one player at a time.
The tie bet must be made before the cards are dealt. If the player's card is the same rank as the dealer's card, the player is paid 10 to 1.
Dice are the oldest of all gambling devices, and Craps is history's biggest and fastest action gambling game. It's fun because it offers more personal participation. You can bet with or against the dice, and even have the opportunity of throwing the dice.
Excalibur crap tables usually operate with four employees: the boxman, two dealers, and a stickman.
- Boxman: sits at the center of the layout and drops all currency into the money box. He directs the game and watches everything.
- Dealers: stand on each side of the boxman. It is the dealer who pays off the winning wagers and collects the player's losses. Dealers also make change when you play.
- Stickman: stands in the center of the player's side of the table. He's responsible for handling the dice and all the Proposition Bets.
- Shooter: The player who is rolling the dice is the shooter.
Buying Chips: Just place the money in front of the dealer and say "Change." The dealer will hand the money to the boxman who counts it, and tells the dealer the amount. The dealer will then place an equivalent amount of chips on the layout directly in front of you. Take the chips off the table layout and place them in the groove provided on the table railing.
The First Roll: Also called the "Come Out" roll. Player wins if a Natural 7 or 11 appears, and loses if a Crap 2, 3, or 12 appears. Any other number (4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10) becomes the Pass Line Point.
Pass Line: The Pass Line is the place on the layout where you put your chips to bet on the First Roll or the Come Out Roll. A Pass Line Bet wins even money. Once the Pass Line Point has been established, to win, the shooter must throw it again (make the point) before throwing a 7. No matter how many rolls it takes, no other number affects the wager.
Don't Pass Line: Reverse of a Pass Line. On the first roll you win on 2 or 3 (12 is a tie). You lose on a natural 7 or 11 on the first roll. You win if the shooter throws a 7 before making his point.
Bet the Horn: Here you bet on four numbers: 2, 3, 11 and 12. If any of these are rolled you win. This is a one-roll proposition that pays high odds and can be bet at any time during the game.
TIP: Listen to the stickman. He calls the game, and everything he says is important. Don't hesitate to ask your friendly stickman for more information on Proposition Bets.
Odds: Once a point is made on the first roll or a come point on a succeeding roll, you may take the odds and win if the point or come points are made before a 7. We deal double odds. When betting "Don't Come", you lay down the odds as mentioned above.
Place Bets: A bet you can make anytime on any single or group of the following numbers: 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10.
Big 6 & 8: A bet you can make any time that pays even money when 6 or 8 is rolled.
Come Bets: When you place your wager in the "Come" you are betting on the roll. You win on 7 or 11, lose on 2, 3 or 12. Otherwise, your bet goes on the next number rolled and you'll win when that number is rolled again.
Don't Come: Opposite of come bets. You win if the next roll is 2 or 3 (12 is a tie) and lose on 7 or 11. Otherwise, your money goes against the number rolled and you win if the shooter rolls a seven before that number.
Field Bets: A one roll bet you can make at any time. You win even money on 3, 4 , 9, 10 or 11. Field bets pay double on 2 and 12. You lose on on 5, 6, 7 or 8.
Proposition Bets: The area in the center of the layout is used for a side bet you can make any time with big payoffs.
Hard Ways: There are four "Hard Way" combinations; Hard 4 (two 2's), Hard 6 (two 3's), Hard 8 (two 4's) and Hard 10 (two 5's). You bet the combination you want at any time. For example, if you bet the two 3's (or Hard Way 6), you win when that comes up before a 7 or an easy way 6 (5 and 1 or 4 and 2). "Hard Ways" pay high odds. You can also bet any pair (Hard Way) for one roll only; this pays 30 to 1. Make "Hard Way" bets at any time.

Let It Ride Stud Poker is an exciting game based on five card stud poker. It is designed to offer our Casino guests an opportunity to control two of the three bets wagered. It's enjoyable and easy to learn. The players do not play against the dealer or any other player.
Bets: Each player places three (3) equal bets as indicated 1 2 $
The Deal: Each player receives three (3) cards - two cards are placed face down in front of the dealer.
The Play: You are not playing against the dealer or the others players. You are simply trying to get a good poker hand by using your three cards and the dealer's two face-down cards.
The winners are paid according to the payout schedule (pair of 10's or better, two pair, etc.) After looking at their first three (3) cards, the player may ask for their first bet back or they may "Let It Ride." One of the dealer's down cards is then turned up. The player may then ask for their second bet back or "Let It Ride." The dealer's second down card is turned up and the players lay their cards down - the dealer then pays all winning hands according to the payout schedule. Players cannot show their hands to other players.
* Payout Schedule
Royal 1,000 to 1 Straight 5 to 1 Straight Flush 200 to 1 3 of a Kind 3 to 1 4 of a Kind 50 to 1 Two Pair 2 to 1 Full House 11 to 1 Pair of 10's or better 1 to 1 Flush 8 to 1 The game is played with eight decks of cards shuffled by the dealer and placed in a "shoe".
You may bet the player's hand or the banker's hand. Two cards each are dealt to the player and the banker. One additional card may be drawn as required by set baccarat rules with the closest hand to nine winning. Face cards and tens have zero value and all others count according to their face value. Winning bets on the bank will be charged a 5 percent commission.
The object of the game is to beat the banker. Each player and banker will receive seven (7) cards which they will use to construct two (2) separate hands of two (2) cards and five (5) cards.
- In order for the player to win, both his two-card hand and five-card hand must be higher in value than the banker's hand.
- If only one hand is higher (either hand), the player pushes (will not win or lose.)
Important: The two-card hand must always be lower in ranking than the five-card hand.
Normal poker rankings will be used. Any exact copy hand (tie) will be given to the banker. Exact copy hands occur when both the player and the banker's cards (in either the two-card hand or five-card hand) are the same value.
Basic Rules: The deck will consist of 53 cards which includes a Joker. The Joker is wild when used in straights, flushes and straight flushes. If used alone the Joker becomes an Ace.
All winning bets are charged a 5% commission by the House. Losing and push hands will not be charged a commission.
Delivering the Cards: Dice are used only to determine which player will receive the first set of seven cards. Some of our tables have a random generation that determines who gets the first set of cards. All bets must be placed before the dice are exposed and totaled. The dice total is then counted, starting from the banker's position, (who is always 1, 8 or 15) counter clockwise, to determine which position receives the first hand. The first hand to be dealt from the seven (7) stacks of cards, on the table in front of the dealer, will be positioned slightly forward from the rest of the stacks.
All players must then review and set their hands accordingly before the banker exposes his.
Important: If a player touches his hand after the banker has exposed his hand, that player's hand is considered a loser. Any hand "Set Foul" (if the two-card hand is higher in ranking than the five-card hand, or if the two-card hand contains more or less than two cards) is also considered a loser.
There are four types of Poker played

Any poker dealer or host will be most happy to answer any question you might have. Please ask.
Did you know: The exact number of possible five-card poker hands in a 52-card deck is 2,598,960!
Ranking of Hands: At the showdown, a poker hand consists of the best five cards ranked from highest to lowest (as well as most rare to likeliest), according to the following list.
- Straight Flush - Five cards of same suit in sequence. (An Ace-high straight flush is called a "Royal Flush".)
- Four of a Kind - Four cards of the same rank.
- Full House - Three cards of same rank and two cards of same rank.
- Flush - Five cards of same suit.
- Straight - Five cards in sequence.
- Three of a Kind - Three cards of the same rank.
- Two Pair - Two cards of same rank and two other cards of same rank.
- One Pair - Two cards of same rank.
- High Card - The highest ranking card in the hand.
In Poker, all suits are of equal value. If two or more hands are tied in a category, the tie is broken by the rank of the unmatched cards in the five-card hand.
Did you know: A game of strategy, deception, mathematics, and psychology, Poker contains a greater skill element than any other card game, including Bridge, Pinochle, and Gin Rummy. It's no small wonder that Poker is the most popular card game in America, both in the amount of money wagered and number of players.
A variety of wagers are available on a multitude of races and sports. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask any of our helpful ticket writers.
TIP: The main difference between sports betting and other casino games is two-fold. First of all, sporting events are played under a variety of imperfect conditions; and secondly, the odds are variable and not set to predict the outcome of the game or event, but are based on an oddmaker's opinion on how the public will bet. Therefore, your specific knowledge of the game or the race is your advantage. Use it.

How To Read The Betting Line: In team or individual sports betting, the line will be represented by one team/person being a minus proposition (the favorite) and the other team/person a plus proposition (the underdog).
For example: Muhammed Ali-$2.50 vs. Joe Lewis +$2.00.
This means if you think Muhammed Ali (the favorite) will win, you would have to invest $250 to win $100 if Ali beats the Brown Bomber. However, if you believe Joe Lewis (the underdog) will win, you need only put up $100 to win $200 if Joe is victorious in silencing the Louisville Lip.
Perhaps the most glamorous of all casino games Roulette was invented somewhere in France, and made famous in Monte Carlo. It combines excitement with simplicity making it a game anyone can enjoy. Players all over the world have dreamt of "breaking the bank".
The Roulette Wheel has 36 numbers from 1 to 36, plus a "0" and "00". The numbers are alternately colored red and black, with the "0" and "00" green.
Play begins when the players have placed their bets by putting their chips on the numbered layout.
The dealer then spins the small white ball in the opposite direction of the spinning wheel. Bets may be placed until the ball is about ready to leave the track and the dealer signals "no more bets". The ball falls into a slot, the dealer calls out the winning number and bets are paid accordingly.
Did you know: The longest color win recorded in American casino history occurred in 1943 when the color red won 32 consecutive times. The odds against this happening are 22,254,817,519 to 1.
Checks (chips) can be bought in stacks of 20 from the dealer. Each player is given a different color check. You can make as many bets as you wish (up to the table payoff limit.)
Odds range from 35-1 to even money. Red and black, odd or even, 1-18 box and 19-36 box all pay even money. Rows of 12 numbers pay 2 to 1. Any single number pays 35 to 1. For split bets payout is 17 to 1, any group of five pays 6 to 1. Any group of four pays 8 to 1. Any group of three pays 11 to 1. One of two numbers pays 17 to 1.
TIP: Every chance event is absolutely independent of all preceding or following events. In other words: the wheel does not think, the wheel does not remember.
